Welcome to Bonafid, operated by Hynes Technology Corporation Limited ("we", "us", or "our"). By signing up and using our app, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms").
1. USER ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 16 years old to use our app. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
2. IDENTITY VERIFICATION
All users must provide a valid government-issued ID during registration. Accounts cannot be created without ID verification.
3. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT
- A monthly subscription fee of €4.99 / £4.99 / $4.99 is required to access the app.
- Subscription payments are processed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- If your subscription is canceled or not renewed, your account will be deactivated.
- There are no refunds once payment is made, except where required by law.
4. ACCOUNT APPROVAL AND ACCESS
We reserve the right to approve, refuse, suspend, or terminate user accounts at our sole discretion.
5. ACCOUNT TERMINATION
We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms, our Privacy Policy, or our Child Safety Standards.
6. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. USER CONDUCT
Users must engage respectfully within the community and comply with all applicable laws and standards.
