We do not store full payment details. Payments are handled securely by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

1.2 ID Verification

Bonafid requires government-issued ID verification before granting access to our Services. We partner with Stripe Identity Verification to securely verify user identities. By using Bonafid, you consent to sharing your information with Stripe for this purpose.

  • Payment must be completed before ID verification begins.
  • Verification fees are non-refundable. If you fail verification or choose not to proceed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

1.3 Payment Information

  • Bonafid charges a subscription fee of $4.99 per month for access to our Services.
  • All payments are processed through the relevant app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
  • If your subscription is not renewed, your account will be deactivated and you will lose access to your data.
  • There are no refunds once payment is made.

1.4 Information Collected Automatically

We automatically collect certain technical and usage data, including:

  • Device Information: Device model, operating system, unique identifiers
  • IP Address & Location Data: May be collected based on your device settings
  • Usage Data: Interactions with the app, features used, pages viewed

This information helps us improve our Services, enhance security, and prevent fraud.
